As CEO of GreenLobster Media Technologies, Richard develops innovative adaptive audio solutions. An experienced audio engineer, he combines technical expertise with creative practice to shape the future of digital sound experiences. Richard founded his first recording studio in Regensburg in 1998, later specialized in classical music recordings in Vienna, and established GreenLobster in Graz in 2013—initially as a studio, later as an innovative media technology company.
Eva is the organizational backbone of GreenLobster, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She ensures the back office operates seamlessly, appointments are on point, and processes run efficiently—reliably, with structure and a keen overview. After gaining experience in the cultural sector and event management, she has been contributing her organizational expertise to the team since 2018. Together with Richard, she is responsible for building up GreenLobster Studios and Media Technologies.
Jo leads the development team, bringing years of experience and deep technical expertise. He is responsible for team coordination, makes key technical decisions, and ensures that ideas are transformed into impressive software. With a background in computer science and IT marketing, and in-depth knowledge of C++, C#, Python, and Dart, he is the architect behind complex software solutions—practical, structured, and driven by innovation.

Dieter is responsible for the technical management of projects at GreenLobster. He coordinates both internal and external development resources and ensures a smooth transition from planning to implementation. With a background in electrical engineering and over two decades of experience in software development, he combines technical expertise with process competence.

With his expertise in sound and technology, he ensures that every soundscape is both precise and impactful.
